CML is pleased to announce the release of the second installment of low-power gain blocks to be developed using the SµRF MMIC design capabilities.
The CMX90G701 & CMX90G702 are low-power 50 Ω gain blocks suitable for a wide variety of wireless applications. The CMX90G701 has a positive gain-slope of +1dB, whilst the CMX90G702 has a positive gain-slope of +2dB across the 6 – 16 GHz band, both eliminating the need for equalisation and compensation for increasing system losses with frequency.

- Satcom Ku-band
- Fixed wireless access (FWA)
- 5G infrastructure & backhaul
- X-band (8 – 12GHz)
- PA Modules
- Eliminate passive equaliser
